18th Nov2013 we and another caravan of friends stopped overnight at Leitchville Rest area .

A very well laid out parking area very clean, nice gardens and also very quite.

Toilets were just outside the swimming pool complex which is next door to the rest area, no showers, so I decided to ask the Publican at the Hotel if we could pay for showers he said normally he would say yes but he was full up with workers.

But this is what he did for us Phoned the Swimming Pool Committee to arrange for the hot water to be put on and the showers opened for us, by the time I got to the local IGA (Mike Walker) the owner had a message for me (bush telegraph at work) and both Joel (President) and Michelle(Treasurer)  of the Swimming Committee came to the swimming pool and set it all in motion for us four to have  nice hot showers. What a lovely gesture from all those involved . As Michelle said in Summer there is not a problem as the swimming pool is open but when closed for the season there are no showers.
