Solo at Greens,

Were do I start now,

After Liddles Laws have been laid down,

Look at Grey Nomads Forum, What is off interest to me, and only to me,

Very Boring, Nothing happening of interest to me, Whats this Greens Lake Crap thats all over the place,

I read a few Greens threads, Hmmmm, They sound quite chummy, and all in the same place,

Whats this Free Camp they are talking about,

Where the Hell, is Greens Lake,

How Friendly are these people at Greens Lake,

Thats a long way to drive and its quite expensive with Diesel to get there, Greens Lake,

To Find they dont want any thing to do with you, Not your type or what ever,

Show us your Rig, At Greens Lake,

I went to Greens to see my Rigs Twin Brother,  1987 and a 1989 Foretravel Grand Villa's. Both parked at Greens Lake,

Wow, Now were into Techies Corner on the details of the Two Fully Imported Coachs, and how to Park our very Heavy Coachs at Greens with out getting bogged,

And the Conversions and ADR"S involved,

Whats the etiqette thats required at Greens Lake or else where,

Is a Solo camp different to a Mixed Camp of Grey Nomads,

Importing a Coach or Motor Home from Over Seas, Or Caravan. Thats another Thread from some where else,

What are the fees at Greens Lake,

As for whether people are single or married or a couple or a crowd, or in the right column or thread or post,

Who cares, These people at Greens Lake are communicating with each other and bringing new people in all the time,

So Im Solo and was at Greens, And all of the above, I got it all from the Solo Greens lake threads, Hahaha,

I am not putting it in a dozen threads that wont fit into one post, right after some has posted in front of me, I answer or ask a question,

Not in different pages or threads.

Its hard enough writing on here with out chasing different threads all over the place,

We're a couple & the SOLOS here at Greens Lake have welcomed us with open arms. As you sit around in a large group at 'happy hour' telling tall tales it's hard to see if anybody is with somebody or if anybody is here alone as a solo as all seem to have the same silly smile on their faces. Way to go!

Gday...

I guess the following may be some sort of a response to Brian's succinct description to recording life at Greens or in the forum generally -

My Free Park is now clear and you can get your Coach in here any time you want to,  Keith,

Gas Tank out is not a problem here, I have all the gear to do it, Very easy Job,

Lilydale Lake is about 2 kilometres away at the end of my street, It has all facilitys, as well, another local attraction,

Give me a bell when your ready to come down,

Ohh, You and Alice are a Couple, Hahahaha, It doesnt matter here, It didnt matter at Greens either, Hahaha,

See you when you get here,

I did come onto this Forum, Cold Turkey, As a lot of other people obviously have,

My previous experience with Being a Grey Nomad, Was sailing Solo across 3 Oceans,

I became a Grey Nomad, The same day I stepped onto my new, Second Hand Catamaran in Fiji,

I am now driving a Land Yacht, A Mansion on wheels, My Grand Villa,

I would like to go where other Grey Nomads Hang Out,

Whether your in a Single Tent, A group of tents, A Pop top, A converted Bus, A Bus with sleeping bags in it on the floor,, A Grand Villa like mine, Or a Million dollar Glitz

Palace on wheels, And literally every thing else in between,

Its totally irrelevant to the people who are sitting together having a good time in the Evening of our Lives, What you arrived in,

You arrived, Thats all that matters, Pick your self a Flat Spot and set up, Grab your chair and Refreshments,

Then join the crowd and have a good time,

Its Quite Scary walking into a crowd of people you dont know,

But they knock that fear on the head quite quickly with their very welcoming attitude, and Friendliness,

The Grey Nomads Talk about things I want to talk about,

Where's all the Free Parks, We are all self sufficient Campers, We dont need or use Caravan Parks, Ever, So they are not losing income in any way,

But it is adding income to the towns they are Located in,

Just learning about the Grey Nomad Lifestyle from people who have been doing it for years,

Our Pensions dont go too far, So we have to squeeze our dollars pretty hard to survive,

A group of Grey Nomads is just the place to advance your knowledge, over all, I also have a wealth of Knowledge I can offer to others,

The Internet is Phenomenal in finding great People and Places like Greens Lake,

Conversing on a Forum is a whole wide world different, To actually talking to people face to face,

A smile on the dial, The one facing you, Makes the difference in a few words, The same words can come across as mean and nasty or absolutely hilarious, The written word

do's not convey that smile, some times, So it gets taken the wrong way,

I go to a local Karoake here on Thursday Nights, I hate Karoake, But the people are very Friendly, They all know my name, I know most of theirs, And above all else,

I get big cuddles from about six of them. Genuine Cuddles with feeling,

I got cuddles from the people I met at Greens, Males and Females, Total Strangers,

They weren't those Poxy imitation greeting cuddles either,

Full on, We are now real friend Cuddles, The warmth is felt,

New people coming onto Forums, Find Aggressive, Abusive, Rude, Posts, Replys, Threads, Over Zealous Mods, Etc Etc, Just go to another Forum, There is lots of them these days,

The half dozen or so Forums I am on, We dont tolerate any bad behaviour what so ever in the Forums, They are world wide Forums, But it is usually the different countrys

language that brings misunderstandings, Humour can sound nasty to others in different countrys, But long time members are aware of this, So It can never get out of hand,

If it wasnt for the Off Topic Chit Chat, You wouldnt have a Forum, People just could be bothered going to 3 or 4 different threads to have a conversation they are having in the post,

Instantly, with some one, with the Off Topic Chit Chat, Hahahahahahahaha,

But a Greens Lake Thread of it own, Thats a Win Win, All round,

And I find nearly almost all the people that dont comment, Enjoy the Chit Chat thats going on, It brings us all closer together,

Which is what this Forum is all about, Making New Friends, Not all of us are Computer Wizzards either, It does state, Grey Nomads, Hahahaahahaha

MR B2 , the number one[1] reason that I joined this forum is to suck/soak up as MUCH information as I can..

I consider myself to be a Full time Gamer[when I find the right game], and the BEST source of information for what ever you want to know is to Simple ASK question's.. the more people that read the Forum's the better the Response..

Like me.. I'm total new to the concept of Touring around, yes I spent 3month's in America Touring Around.. But I spent 6mth's researching and getting idea's of where I wanted to go..

If you don't ask the questions, you will never get the answer you need..

Juergen..
