Beautiful in Edenhope Victoria.

Beautiful this morning here. So glad I decided to hold up here for this week. A beautiful little town. The CP is clean and friendly. $25pn, and the owners are more than happy to assist with anything one may need, stay for 7 and pay for 6 deal also. They have been generous enough to open the rec room for me so I can sew. Will get my queen size quilts finished at last. Dog friendly.

Lake Wallace is low at present, the locals are petitioning the council to fill it, however for some reason they are resistant. The potential for tourism is amazing and would certainly keep the town going. I think maybe we really need to start to promote the GREY Dollar, like certain areas have promoted themselves with the "pink" dollar, making sure they cater to another section of the community.

Anyways it is beautiful here and would recommend you all don't just drive through but stop for a day or two and have a look around. There is plenty to see in the surrounds also.

G'day Shekon - good to see you are still enjoying being out there! Currently in the free camp near Avalon airport, having been to Brisbane for the weekend to see Rocky Horror Show with my daughter and a friend. Great show by the way, Craig McLaughlin is a hunk as Frank-N-Furter!!!

Not sure where to from here - but going towards the Snowy Mountains this week sometime!

Hope to see you over in WA later in the year!!! Edenhopoe sounds like a good spot for a stop.
