Listening to the warnings it sounds as if most of Victoria is ablaze.
Around Melbourne the Preston and Warrandyte fires appear to be under control, but the fire in Craigiburn is still out of control, and moving quickly.
In Gippsland Orbost, is under significant threat with evacuation orders just issued, Morwell is under threat, as is on of the power stations.
There are more fires being mentioned around Bendigo, Gisborne, and Poweltown, there are also lots of others being mentioned that I either do not recognise, or can not immediatly place.
To make it worse the severe wind conditions being experienced have grounded the fire fighting aircraft.
There are reports of houses being lost, but thankfully no loss of life.
This is a nightmare and is only going to get worse over the next few days please spare a thought for all of our emergency services people and those who are in high risk areas and if you are traveling in the area please take extreme care and stay safe

Warrandyte was bad , only property damage thank god . Just show that in the current climate conditions that no one is safe. All I can say folks is BE VERY AWARE of your surroundings and check on your neighbours, keep hydrated.
