I suggest you have a look at Rocky creek east of Narrabri. great spot for a few days. has toilets but everything else you need to take in. Creek is fine for washing but would hesitate to drink it. it is on the road from to Bingara. also sawn rocks on same road worth a look.

Ariah Park is east of West Wylong and not far from Temora.
A great place with all mod cons for $10 a night. I call in there for a night or two on every trip. Quaint little town.
