The Mary Valley Koolewong Par 3 Golf Course has now got some sites available for Self Contained Vehicles to stop overnight. You need to call ahead as there are are a limited number. You can park your vehicle and go and play a round of golf, clubs and buggy hire available and there is a beer garden for recovery afterwards. Phone contact is (07) 5484 5999. Head N from Imbil on the Kandanga Imbul Rd, turn right into Barsby Rd then it is 800m to entrance. Fee applies and pets allowed. 

 
 
 
 
 

 

 

Kandanga Bowls Club is also now welcoming campers for overnight stops. A grassed area behind the Bowls Club is available for $10.00 per vehicle a night. Has toilets, showers can take big rigs and pets ok. Phone is 0438843195. On Bowls Club Road off the Kandanga - Amamoor Rd, follow round past the Kandanga RV Stop.

SHOWGROUNDS NOW RE-OPENED FOR CAMPING

Wallumbilla Showgrounds QLD is officially due to re-open for camping on the 1st of March. It has been closed for refurbishment. If you are travelling on the Warrego Hwy between Miles & Roma it is a great place to stop. Fee is $20.00 for power. $10.00 unpowered and there is also a new Dump Point installed.

If you have Camps 6 is is site 646. It is a new listing in Camps 7 (579.1) and if you go to the updates page on the website the details are listed there.

Mullumbimby Showground NSW is also now available for camping. The trustees have finally got over all the hurdles and the council has approved it to re-open. Is on Main Arm Rd, fee applies. Contact for the caretaker is 047 4100 189.
