Hi Everyone, I am back home again in Yeppoon after my very first trip. I arrived in Darwin on 5/1 just in time for the wet to set in. Didn't see much sunshine but had a wonderful time with the family and Grandkids. Left again hoping to have a leisurely trip back but ended up trying to beat the rain but it caught up with me in Barcaldine where I had to spend 4 days waiting for the road to open again. Had a nice time there anyway and met 2 other ladies travelling solo who taught me to play 500. I have definitely got the travel bug and will be off again as soon as I get the weeds out of the garden. Wuruma Dam sounds like the place to be to meet up with some of you so you may see me there before too long.
