And I agree with ''the readers letter'' I for one would never dream of dragging my Van all the way across the Nullabor, Unless i was going to be in WA for at least 8 weeks minimum, ?? But more than likely 3 Months Plus ?/ Out of That 3 months I would probaly spend 1/3 rd of it in caravan parks and the rest ''Wherever'' - ''Whenever'' ???
As any vanner knows Travelling around any state for 3 months, you are going to spend Heaps of $$$$ and spread it around the state // However if I had to pay for a van park Everynight ??? Well it just will not happen, as I cannot afford it, for that length of time, and i would not do the trip for any shorter,, SO looks like I miss out on WA, ?? [ bugga ] and WA will miss out on my $$$$$,
Thank Goodness we have such a big country, and can choose where to go ??
Similar situation in the east dazren, so why bother going all that way from the West.
Personally, I wouldn't let it bother me either way, otherwise you would get to see nothing, as Daryl Summers (Sommers?) used to say in the addy, if you never ever go, you'll never never know.
Plenty of free camps in WA if you know where to go and low price cp's as well, see Yeoeleven's blog for some good tips.....
