Hi from a Newbie

Hi

I'm another newbie to the forum.  I have often been on the website, but with time getting every closer albeit 5 years to go, I want to get more involved other than just lurking.

I have had a Toyota Hiace for a while doing a 'little' travel. Sold that because it was my everyday car too, and was too expensive using it both for recreation and everyday use.  I now own a Avan A'liner, which I love, but am planning on getting a Toyota Hilux RV in the next 3 years and selling my little Avan.  I am a solo traveller and feel safer and less stressed with an RV, than a Van and all the hitching and unhitching.  I travel with my 2 dogs, and am so looking forward to getting ready for my big retirement adventure of travelling and having a carefree lifestyle.

Thanks Christina and Ken.  Your little babe looks so cute.  Mine as exhausted from swimming in the ocean.  I think it is so great to have people in this country that are so welcoming and who share all their experiences with each other.  I think I am going to enjoy being part of the Forum and the Grey Nomads website, especially as I start to travel for REAL!!
