Cutting the corner too sharply,

I came home late at night and cut the corner too sharply, which allowed the drive wheels to slip in the mud as I was off the concrete driveway,

Its a learning experience, The drive is usually dry, but it has been raining heavily and the dirt beside the concrete is now just slop,

And being 1 in 3 gradient doesnt help. Normally it just idles up my drive with no problems,

I just left it parked there overnight, I could not see what I was doing, Next morning, I had a good look at it and a bit of a think about how to get it out again,

Full left lock and slowly back it down the drive till it was back on the concrete, It was sliding backwards and sideways,  A few goes at it and it finally dragged itself back up the hill and over the crest onto flat ground at the top,

Mud on the tyres didnt help either, I pumped up the air tanks first from my shed compressor, I was worried the motor would not start due to the angle it was sitting on, Fortunately, I had grabbed some cheap diesel on Friday, so I had just under half a tank, So the motor started with no problems,

I now have a fitting that joins my air line to anything I want to plug into,

There was that much tension and twist in the body, The left side windscreen exploded, I now need a new windscreen. Bugga,

Its one of those times when I wish I had some one to give me a hand, Makes you versatile being single and on your own,
