leaving charters towers in the morning (Friday) and heading for mount garnet but may decide to camp somewhere along the way.

We are camped at a stockpile sit near the junction with the road to Georgetown and Normanton.

about 8 others here too, nice level and gravel site with a small "lake" in the middle

nice to have a water view

see you tomorrow Jim, most likely in the morning but not too early

Just got in to Mareeba at Lunchtime today after spending a very delightful 3 days with Justcruisin01 and his lovely wife mrs Justcruisin01 at Archer creek camp. weather was tops with cool nights and warm sunny days (well most of them)

love JC's rig. very well set up and secure and a comfortable ride in the cab too.

take care you two and we hope to meet again soon so we can enjoy your wonderful hospitality.
