Drop bear attack on Magnetic island!

Photo145.jpgI was sitting , down by the beach, at Horseshoe bay, Magnetic island, watching the sunset with a cleansing Ale, when one of those dastardly Drop bears attacked a backpacker , and ran off, climbing a nearby tree. This sent the backpackers into a frenzy, and camera flashes made the poor koala just get more disorientated, and just climb down and chase them off.Must be masochists , these backpackers. I must admit, it was fairly entertaianing to watch.  You,ve to watch out for them Drop Bears..........drop bear.jpg.

I've noticed that koalas have a preference for forked trees so they can park their bum in a comfy spot. Not silly ya know.

The subject of Drop Bears is rarely mentioned in polite circles because most people haven't seen one...

This is what my bush camera captured one evening

Well that explains why the backpackers keep parking very close to my caravan.
