Had my first home open on Saturday, after house didn't sell earlier in the year. i got an offer today. 30day settlement. 

I could be on the road next month, if there's no problems etc. Eeeeek! 

My head is spinning at the thought of all the things i need to do in 30days confuseconfuse

Well done Mary Jane, yes a very scary time but it will all be worth it in the end. Just go with the flow, as the saying goes, "it will all work out in the end, if not, it's clearly not the end". Good luck

Thanks everyone. At this stage, settlement is Oct 13. I'll be gone as soon as I get the call. Whether I turn left or right onto the main road remains to be seen......

I'll likely be at Greens sometime mid December. I'm thinking of wandering in to SA again when I leave Melbourne. I love the Fleurieu Pen, even if it is damned windy in November!!
