Lake Lenthall, Howard, Qld

Has anyone been to Lake Lenthall. Sounds quite a good spot from reading wikicamps. Toilets, showers, About 6.00a night. Looks like you turn to the west off the Bruce somewhere near Howard going past Bamboo Land. May go there next week to sit out a few days waiting for finances to improve and results of son's app with vascular surgeons at Royal Brisbane.

If you mean Lenthal Dam west of Hervey Bay we were there in 2012. Beautiful views over the dam - but we paid about $15 per night (for 2 people) and there was no showers then. A very well maintained place with parks caretaker onsite , newish toilets and mowed lawns. Road was a bit rough going in.

The turn off to it is about 5ks south of Torbanlea Roadhouse off Bruce H'way onto Lake Lenthall Rd.

Lived in Toogoom, Hervey Bay for 12 years, used to pass it whenever we went to Maryborough
