Nice to meet you finally, I have been reading your posts while awaiting my permission to log in and look forward to meeting you on the road.
I have been searching for months for a van I finally bought one on Saturday, lucky me, the owners have been posted overseas for 5 years and have kindly left everything, all I have to do is get my food and bedding!
Also I had been searching for a good second hand Isuzu Ute but went to the Caravan and Camping show on Sunday and ended up buying a new 4x4 Isuzu LSU and they included a tow bar and lock down lid but what convinced me to buy new was the 5 year warranty/roadside assist again lucky me, the Isuzu State Manager happened to overhear my story and did a deal that I could not walk away from.
I am planning on heading out on 2nd July and thought I would follow the Harvest Trail so I have some direction, not being a lady of means, I will need to work some of the time.
In the past few days I have learned much from you all but be prepared, I have lots of questions.
Cheers, stay dry and safe, it's wet and wild in Sydney!
And it welcome from us two 2
Lots of knowledge on here just ask and all will be revealed

The amazing things you see when nomading Australia
When I was 17 I wanted to travel around Aus on my motorcycle but I'm not that brave now, I sold my Trumpy a few years back when they bought in the go to jail speeds.
I think this might be a nicer way to see Aus, the soft option.
