Summerville Valley CP

Hi All

Just stayed for 5 days at the Summerville Valley Tourist Park outside Stanthorpe Qld.

Only our second trip with the van.

Great Place next to the Storm King Dam with fishing, canoe and bike hire on site.

52 Acres of land and plenty of room. Caravan pads are approximately 20m apart so you are not living in each others pockets. Open Fires allowed (pending fire restrictions).
Ammenities where spotless however may be very busy in peak times. 5min very hot Showers then you wait 2 minutes until they can be used again.
Very freindly staff and resident dog (very big Dog at that and he came to visit every evening and morning.)

The park is also Pet Friendly

At $30.00 a night for a powered site a bit expensive but a great place non the less

Very cold this time of year with -2 degrees at night but beatiful during the day.

Wineries and lots of other things in the area to enjoy.

Would recommend it.smile.gif
