I am looking for a dog kennel close to Coober Pedy. I would  like to do the Outback Mail Run but need to kennel my dogs.

Has anyone put there dogs in a kennel around that area.Thanks

Sorry don't know the area at all, but as a previous kennel owner I have some advice. If they won't let you into the kennel area, do not leave your dog there, they have something to hide.

I agree . I am thinking booking them into Redgum Vet & Boarding Kennels at Port Augusta.

Do you think we could start a link of Kennel / Vet that we have used and would recommend on our travels.

I would like to see it added to GeoWikie  or Wiki Camp .

Would not even contemplate boarding a dog in Coober Pedy Bragg, I know the town and area pretty well.

Your mention of leaving your dogs at Pt Augusta sounds a much better choice to me.smile

I had never thought of boarding in Coober Pedy they will have heating t night which I am sure they will like. 

Do you know of a  safe camping Ground I can leave the motor home while I go on the mail run.

Hi All

I did leave the  Girls at Red Gum Vet Hospital and Boarding Kennel at Pt Augusta. Would recommend it my girls came enjoyed there stay and were very clean when I picked them up.
