We are new members in here and about to embark on travelling around our magnificent country, as soon as we sort out our finances and wheels. Just wondering out there for tips please on travelling with cats. We're purchasing a fifth wheeler so we're interested to find out what works best - inside the van or inside the vehicle? They are our babies so leaving them behind is not an option.

Welcome to the gang Liz, enjoy here and out in the playground.
I know of a few people here that travel with cats and other 4 legged little fur people so hopefully they will come along soon with info. If not slip into "Travelling with pets" section of this forum.
Keep Safe out there.

Hi.We have been travelling with cats for 25 years. On road sits on console or cushion behind front headrest.Camped,2 trays inside caravan but prefers doing business outdoors. When we pull up at a free camp anywhere, she hops out has a sniff around and never strays far.Has been trained not to unsettle wildlife and is a great companion.Happy travels.
