Thanks for the report John - enjoy the rest of your week there. Shame about Paul - but he hasn't been well for quite a while - at least he got away for a while.
Hi to June from us! We are on the west coat of the Eyre Peninsula.

Interesting blog again. Love having birds around. Cats are very clever, soon as you change your routine they know something is going to happen. If you can cage them first before change of routine you MAY win. OH does all our cooking since retired and after your comment has decided to look for a frattata recipe. Have a great time.
Don't know what happened John, but today I can get your Blog. Haven't been able to access it for months. Visited Paul today. His legs aren't working too well at the moment, but he's still doing his garden.
Say "Hello" to June for me.
Cheers,
Sheba.

Hello John,
Thanks for your posts. I like to read them and also enjoy your photos.
You mentioned downloading free books to your Kindle. I subscribe to a group called BookBub. You fill in details of your preferences such as crime, thriller, etc and they send a daily email with several books mostly free but never more than a few dollars. My library of free books has grown to hundreds. Certainly worth investigating.
Cheers Margaret

Hi Gayle,
I have been checking blog settings and changed to view HTTPS:// availability. Don't understand all about it but that may helps those trying to view the blog from an encrypted connection
Good read John, nice to see you back at it again, ya gotta keep it in the blood. My stay at Geelong is coming to an end, hell I've been here 6 bloody weeks, first week in February looks like I'm outa here.
