Not a pleasant topic of conversation but one that probably needs an airing. I am always astounded by the number of really fat older people in the campground population. At a time of life when you can make good food and exercise choices why are there so many human sausage skins looking about fit to burst? We all know the correlation between longevity and a healthy body and we all want to live the good life for as long as we can, so why not take the opportunity to make your travelling lifestyle an opportunity to achieve some better health outcomes?
I'm right in the middle of my BMI, but in my case it's just good luck (thin genes), not good management. I pity those people who are constantly fighting their body to stay within a recommended weight range. There but for the grace of God go I.
