Cooroy RV stop over. Heart of town

There is a low cost camp site in the heart of Cooroy. Costs $ 10 p.n. per van. 96 hour limit. Must be fully self contained. Cooroy is in the hinterland of the Sunshine Coast Q.

  • Not suitable for rigs over 12.5 metres in length.
  • Only park in the permitted areas (refer site map) and do not intrude on community club buildings or their amenities.
  • Grey water disposal to ground is not permitted.
  • Camping is not permitted (no tents, camper trailers or caravans that are not fully self-contained).
  • No fires or generators allowed.
  • Dogs permitted must be kept on a leash when outside the vehicle, and must not be left unattended at any time.

Ok, Folks, we have just completed a 4 day stint at the Cooroy RV Stop over.
The only down side was the noise from the factory adjacent to the park. But I would think that if one times it correctly then a week end stay would be great.
We spent nearly $200 in the township, so the traders would have been happy.
I would give it a 7 out of ten... but the noise factor is a issue.

The noise (like loud air escaping is intolerable. If you stay here, bring earmuffs!! Is close to town and has new dump point. Good for day park .

A web site would have been nice (especially as you copied and pasted from it.) - http://www.noosa.qld.gov.au/cooroy-rv-stopover
