Hi, Has anyone had any experience with the 12 volt element of a Duetto 10 Litre hot water system burning out?

I seem to recall a post recently with two photos showing burnt out elements from said water system maybe a search would bring up the post.

 

My apologies. I hunted down that post and oops it was your post of two photos of burnt out elements.
