New and getting up to speed

Hi everyone we are still a couple of years away from retirement but have bought a Dmax and looking at what caravan to buying the future, Island star Getaway looks good 19ft 6 shower toilet ect but still looking and have to sell our shack first to afford what we need.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as above looking at around 20ft shower toilet washing mach. Mainly black top but able to get to free camping.

Dave and Meredith from the Barossa

Welcome to the gang Coolio, enjoy here and out in the playground.

What you choose to travel with is really a personal choice. What I or others like you might not. I love my choices as others would love what they chose. Best thing to do is look around and form a list then check it against your must haves and might needs. That all done you should be left with just 2 or 3, maybe even less to make that final choice. A good deal comes into the choice making then. IMO.

Whatever you decide on in the end, enjoy and,

Keep Safe on the roads.

And it's welcome from us two 2
Good advice from the chief there everyone is different and so are their must haves and like to haves just remember don't believe the sales people when it comes to the weight of your chosen van take it to a weigh bridge yourself or go with him / her and see for yourself
And if you are not skilled in towing please consider a towing course
