We were members for some years but haven't had any input for quite a while now as we have other priorities to take care of. I can't remember the user name that we may have used, so have started again.
We recently purchased a 17', 2002 jayco Heritage (always liked them). My wife & I have Just spent the past 4 weeks carrying out a lot of work on it to spruce it up.
Including re-upholstering, remade all curtains, new carpet & vinyl, repainted the ceiling, reconstructed the double bed, to fit taller porta loo, polyurethane all the cupboards, new tv/antenna, new instant hot water tap, auto fridge switch, exterior reseal, new front window gas struts, touch up's & cut and polish. Just need a rear window protector and it's finished. We will be doing a shake down trip in September. Total spend approx. $1500. (plus a new battery) It looks a treat and very happy with it. Hope to catch up with a few old friends again very soon.

Welcome to the gang millsy88, enjoy here and out in the playground.
Looks and sounds like you did well for $1500 and I tell you that for free. Now all you have to do is get out in the playground and enjoy all that hard work.
Keep Safe on the roads.
