Camec Four Season roof hatch verses Jayco Silverline roof hatch

I want to ask people's opinions whether to fit a new Camec Four Season's roof hatch into a new Jayco or stay with the Jayco roof hatch.

Welcome to the gang Gra and Dix, enjoy here and out in the playground.

Four seasons are good but I don't have them as my van came with the fully lift up ones and I am more than happy with them as I can get up on steps and poke through them to clean the Solar Panels easy. Good light on a dull day too.

keep safe on the roads and out there.

And its welcome from us two 2. Gra n Dix
Can't help with your question though sadly.
Now Doug don't you know it's dangerous for us mature age kids to be up on steps, you should have a ladder and hold it while the twins go up on the roof to clean the panels .

The twins are still in Townsville, Woody, so I have to do it myself. Besides, they are always down at 'The' beach when I need them mate.

Looking at our hatches, Jayco, I think they look a bit on the weak side, they open with the rear coming up. I wouldn't want a strong wind to catch them from the rear.
Another point is these hatches are European, and over there they have a seal in them. So when they are down and closed, the vents are fully sealed off. Using our gas laws as an excuse, all these hatches imported over here don't have the seals supplied, so its drafty in the van.
Don't know about the 4 seasons hatch.
