Look forward to catching up again Pipes and Col. yes Jules some of the regulars are a bit of a worry but that is good. Means they fit in well around here!!
Hey Jules, hows this for random.. the lady in the black hat (iana's wife)and I grew up in neighbouring towns and went to the same school in Victoria!!. Her best friend was one of my neighbours.
Another two ladies who met here also both grew up in Kal..didn't know each other but know the same people.
Have had a great weekend. The fireworks were excellent, everyone enjoyed their hamburger tea and we were home by 8pm. then we sat around til midnight.
Fish and chips for tea Friday night, Sat tea was amazing as usual and enough for lunch on Sunday. We seemed to be busy all weekend doing not much but eating lots and drinking gallons of coffee. The weather gods were kind to us with fine afternoons. Got a tad cold at night though. Some went off and did tourist stuff and others just sat around and chatted, read books etc and had a relaxing time. So I would say it was a successful weekend.
Now I need to work out how to send photos to dropbox from the camera to the putor so I can post the evidence.
Had a great time at Seabird with only one problem....I've come home with very itchy feet!!! Thanks to all . Maybe??? I'll get my act together and see you again soon.
Please do Colls. Vida is still here.Think she is off this week. Pipes is back after his Gero trip.Expecting Len to turn up again tommorrow. Another couple will be here later in the week. They are currently in Bunbury.. so the yard is filling up again!!
Hi Sue, I will try to be there, haven't made it to Seabird yet and have wanted to get there for so long, so here's hoping to see you and everyone else there soon. Warm regards Kisha.
