Intro

Hi,

Myself and my wife Tina have just joined the site. By what I have read it is an excellent site.

Just a short intro. We live in Toowoomba and have just purchased a 16' Viscount. We are looking at doing short trips initially with plans to do the southern states end of next year when its warmer down south lol. I have a 2010 Holden Captiva CX Diesel. People have said I was mad to buy it but I have had had no trouble with it so far (touch wood).

We previously had a 12' foot Viscount 1974 model. Still have it. It is a great little van for short trips but needed something a bit sturdier and bigger.

I look forward to discussion on the site.

Cheers,

Dave (Snow) MONTEITH.

G'day Dave and Tina,

Welcome to the Forum - lots of good advice and folks on here.  Good friends of mine from WA now live in Toowoomba, but have only managed one visit with them in too many years - they are now heavily into the medieval scene.
