Ok thanks for the advise guys. Also I got my house for sale which would make a good Grey Nomad base for exploring the Flinders ranges of SA.

Hello Oz n Millie

Welcome from me also

Looks like your dogs are ready to go

If you ask a specific question, there is always someone with an answer, or at least an idea to follow up

Yes thanks, the dogs have got itchy paws and are rearing to go.

I am interested in the Albany area of WA. I am hoping to sell my place and get some land around that area on acreage.

Then set up some kind of council approved dwelling on it for the caravan to park.

Wishful thinking considering how expensive it is in Albany. But seen something 30 kms out of Albany.

Would be great if someone has something in my budget for sale in that area.

Thanks Woody and all.

Yes, I have to wait till I can get a good price for my place before I can think of travelling and setting up camp in Albany WA.

Unfortunately thats how it is with a lot of travellers these days, money is tight.

Reading this forum has given me a lot of money saving ideas and how to make the dollar go further.
