G'day !

After enjoying reading the forum over the last few months I thought it was time I joined. I'm Jeff and my wife is Judy and we live in Maryborough Queensland. We have nearly always had a camper, or caravan of some sort but none that were set up well for free camping. This changed a few months ago when we were truly blessed to be able to purchase a second hand unused 19' 6" Sunrise Twilight Semi Off Road caravan. It has a full ensuite and solar etc. We hardly know ourselves. :)

We love free/low cost camping and thoroughly enjoy sitting back on the banks of a river or creek somewhere with a feed cooking in one of our camp ovens. If all goes well we hope to be heading away next March for approximately six months. We would like to have a look at the Flinders Ranges this trip.

I enjoy the friendly and helpful nature of this forum and I look forward to joining in the discussions when I can.

Hello Camp Oven Nerd

May I be one of the first to welcome you to this, (as you already know), fantastic forum

I hope that your six month trip, is very enjoyable for both you, and your wife, and that there are many more happy road trips to come

As I have never visited the Flinders Rangers, then unfortunately I have nothing to add about that area
