I have an issue with my toilet area. When I removed the cassette for cleaning there is FRESH water gathering under the cassette. A lot of water not just a drip. Maybe a cup and a half. I have felt around to see if any pipes are leaking or any joins are not quite right but cannot find anything. Has anyone had anything like this before. The door has not been opened, nor has it been raining. I am at a complete loss as to where the water is coming from.
When you remove the cassette, (and the fresh water is already under the cassette), look very closely if there is any sign of water on the top around the seal area Just feel the top and sides of the cassette for moisture One and a half cups of water could indicate a worn/damaged seal, so that each time you flush, a bit of fresh water leaks
If the water appears after the cassette has been removed, then it could be a leaking pipe, (which you have already checked), or in my case it was the water I always have on top of the slide, as an extra odour seal Each time I removed the cassette, this fresh water seal, would end up, on the bathroom floor and/or under the cassette
An easy way to find out where the water is coming from may be to
Remove the cassette
Mop up all the fresh water
Place an ice cream container, (or similar) under the toilet bowl
Have someone press the flush button several times
You may then be able to spot the leaking fresh water
When I used to work on boats on the River Murray they would often use the older style Thetford RV toilets. These toilets had what was called a 'vacuum breaker seal' which was in the fresh water delivery line after the flush pedal and before the water entered the bowl. This was a a small rubber valve that as you flushed the toilet the pressure sealed a vent hole, when pressure released it opened allowing that section of pipe to drain. This valve would wear or deteriate and allow fresh water to leak outside the bowl at the back of the toilet when the toilet was flushed. It was located at the back of toilet right up high near where the lid hinge is. I am not sure if the new models still have this or not, if when you do the checks as previously suggested, you have water leaking from high up behind the toilet it could be where you problem is. On the older models they were a bugger to get to in order to replace a small seal. Sometimes it was also hard to source the replacement and if I couldn't get one I would bypass it as an interim measure.
good luck. Hope you find the leak

We had a similar thing in our van we had a shower toilet combo and found the water was leaking in an unsealed area in our shower. After resealing the area no more water under the toilet cassette
If you normally keep a small amount of water in toilet bowl to keep slide wet - ensure you open flap/drain into holding tank/close flap prior to removing cassette.
