Anybody know anything about a company called Ozcharge? They sell panels, batteries, chargers and the like. Trying to research their panels, pacifically their 150w, but not much online. Are they an A grade panel?

Cheers, John.

I paid $270ish del for a 200w for this van
Won't be doing much travelling.

Mainly static to fish from at differing places.

Was a Good rep Chinese.
Aust dealer. So local comebacks (hopefully. If needed)

As said get a decent regulator.and THICK wiring.
That is Kyocera. German Bosch pricing.

Yes, they are expensive but  I am still looking to find out about these panels and the company. I have come across one of these panels, but finding info on them is like finding hen's teeth.

Cheers, John.

Thanks JeffRae.

The Ozcaharge 30 amp pwm regulator (oc-sr30m) looks exactly like it's a rebadged copy of other brands, Camec for one. Don't hold much hope for their panels being A-Class.

Cheers, John.

A lot of panels these days are very cheap and nasty !   bosch very good but if I were u buy from a reputable dealer and you cant go past  KICKASS PRODUCTS BASED IN QUEENSLAND   they have a web page  not cheap but quality stuff .. I bought a ultralight 150w panel cost about a grand ..   yes I know a lot of money but only weighs 6kg with bag that was the main reason for me as I have a small camper...  about $500 for normal 150 panel .

 Hi goldenyears cry

I think you should rename yourself golden pockets  biggrin $1000 for 150watts. That is ridiculous IMHO and must be the most expensive 6 KG item in your possession. Double weight saving, not only is the panel lightweight but your wallet is too !

Even $500 for 150watts is $300++ too much. People are living in the past if they think Chinese panels are low quality. Almost all panels come out of China and they work well. The expensive ones you buy from Aussie retailers come out of China also !confuse

First panel I bought was maxray240w  .....   kept losing charge when in full sun !!!!

Tried sunpower panel lasted a year alround quality ie  cables not 6mm and stand rivets broke .. !!!

Before you make any kind of judgement go check out their website ....  many others I have met on the road swear by them and I can see why ..  quality cables ..  genuine Anderson plugs .. aussie canvas ..   stainless rivets and stands not alloy !

I agree majority of  panels come from china and the quality is better than it was  but no guarantee they willl last as I found out !!   ...  These panels made to oz specs .

But at the end of the day why do people buy a Mercedes ?  lol   !!!!!!!!!!
