Short of replacing the lot with new ones ,I have helped my brother fix his with a repair pack from ,I think the Big Green Shed . It was two large peaces of fly wire with a sticky backing . Works well but not good visibly.

Phil,if the tears are in the screens on the windows I am certain you can source them from a caravan supply outlet and that they would be a push fit.If they are in the vinyl of the pop top sides and sewn in,you could have new ones made and attach them with velcro, otherwise a repair kit should do for a temporary fix as mentioned. Beautiful day here on the Mid North Coast over 30c already and its only 9.35am.Could be a storm brewing for later in the day.
Hey Phil, provided the screen is not brittle, you can plastic weld some tears with a patch of screen over the tear using a heat adjustable soldering iron using a 3 to 5mm flat tip. Takes a bit of practice but it is doable. The trick is to get the other half to hold a piece of wood/plywood against the tear on the inside whilst you "weld" from the outside. Just practice with some offcuts on a table to get the heat, pressure and speed right.
Steve, Di & Ziggy We named our Motorhome "Roadworx" because on the road works "On The Road Again" Ford Transit with 302 Windsor V8 conversion, C4 Auto, 9 Inch Ford Diff All Lighting L.E.D., 260 Amp/h AGM, 530 Watt Solar + Kipor Backup Gen.
Fixed it. Would you believe when I cleaned the screen it turned out to be made of a linen type material so the sticky patches took a bit of tooing and froing but we got there.
Thanks all for your suggestions, if this lot lets go, the super glue gets a try
Cheers
