Aircon Repairs Townsville - Recommended Business

Fitting out the van cupboards etc with tray, holdalls etc...

Anyway, someone generated an issue with our Aircommand Heron 2.2 Aircon, spent lots of time over the weekend trying to fault find the issue.

No luck by today, so I looked up Service Agents for Aircommand in Townsville - FNQ Auto Air

Gave them a call, they said to bring it straight around and they will take a look at it for me...

Dropped off and advised they will call me if they find the issue prior to commencement of any work (quote to be provided at this time)..

Home for about 2 hours and the workshop calls, found issue, 10amp power socket has somehow given up the ghost....

Ready to be collected and further work will be required by Electrician.....

Anyway, pick up the van and ask how much for the fault finding labour etc.... NO CHARGE!!!!

So, if you require any work on your van or tug

Call FNQ Auto Air on 07 4771 2555

Their address for your GPS is 115 Ingham Road, Townsville

Thoroughly recommend this business, very professional, courteous and knowledgeable

Thanks Brett,
Info worth knowing!
I have a possible leak in my car's air conditioning, so I'll try them when I get home. It's a pity the management of Jayco Townsville didn't share the same sort of customer service!

I'm rebuilding my van's pantry at the moment in Toowoomba (making do with what I can get hold of, instead of the goodies in my garage at home). I'm replacing the poorly suspended slide out pantry with shelves that can take the weight of cans, etc.

I agree 100 per cent. We had a gas leak in the Air Con on our New Age and took it into the guys there and the bill came to $490.
When I went into pick it up and pay for it the guy in charge said "all good to go, we've got on to Dometic and they're paying the bill"

How good is that?
Great business to deal with and friendly helpful staff.

I feel for you mate, I know I am going to miss my workshop when we hit the road, have all the necessary tools in there, but can't take them on the road.

Hope to be able to carry enough to do the basics if required
