Saferty Dave Reversing Camera on R51 Pathfinder - HELP

In preparation for our next trip I purchased a Safety Dave Rear View camera setup. Van all done and works well. But now I'm in the middle of fitting the camera to our 2011 Nissan R51 Pathfinder and with ALL the interior panels removed I'm looking for somewhere to run the wiring through into the car. I don't have much hair and after today I have even less. Looking under the car on one side is the exhaust system and the other is fuel lines. Across the rear is a double skin (for strength no doubt) so this doesn't help either. To make matters worse there is a plug fitted to the wire requiring a hole size of around 19mm (3/4"). The installation DVD is helpful - if you own a Pajero or Prado, no good for Nissan owners. All constructive comments appreciated. If you can help, please do. Thanks.

Col, you can't run the cable internally ie under your plastic trims in rear of the car & the step trims where the doors are? If you can, leave a draw wire in there too in case there are other runs needed in the future.
I assume the cable with the plug on it is a coax (or at minimum, shielded) - if you know a good technician, it could be cut & rejoined (although some might disagree). "Desperate men do desperate things' at times!

I second what Warren has posted that's how its done by professionals & generaly done that way you wont need to cut the plug off.
