I have recently joined up and have been reading different bits and pieces each time I fire up the laptop.
Especially enjoy the jokes.
Partner and I are on our first big trip - the half loop, up the middle, down the west coast then east to home, Adelaide (eventually)
Have been vanning for several years doing short trips, but now retired, we get to do a lot more with no boss's governing when we can go........
Hope to met a few more of you on the road somewhere. Already met Jules and Billy, Joe, Colleen, Cathy, and Sue and Phil (and Tracey), at Seabird, well before Sue's incident.
I have been reading the updates on Sue and asked Jules to pass on our best wishes to the family.
If you get a Grey Nomads sticker, you may see many more of us on the road
I usually stay in free camps, and usually just talk to those in my immediate vicinity, anyone else just usually get a wave and a Hi
If I see something which catches my interest, I will make it my business to chat to the owner of that rig, to pick their brains
If I saw a Grey Nomads sticker, I would certainly formally introduce myself
G'day Relax-n and welcome to the forum. Don't forget to try the two ongoing games here - 'Who is This' in the 'I Digress' section and 'Pick this Place' in the 'General' Section - a great source to find new places to visit. I must admit that travel insurance of that nature had never occurred to me. Jules and Billeeeeeee and Sue and Phil are all great to know.
And it's welcome from us two 2 Relax-n keep on Relax-n on your trip.
Woody
