I have just joined the forum - looking forward to being a part of it.
I have also just finalised my rig - only problem is it is too shiny. I need to get it out on the road (and off the road), get some real dirt and dust on it...
G'day AlanWA and welcome to the forum. Don't forget to try the two ongoing games here - 'Who is This' in the 'I Digress' section and 'Pick this Place' in the 'General' Section - a great source to find new places to visit. Good luck and enjoy your travels. Nice looking rig - hope you double checked your weights :)
And its welcome from us two 2 AllanWA enjoy your new rig just remember before you venture too far drive over a weighbridge so you know your not over weight use the search button up the top here to find lots of info on this subject or any other subject of interest .

- when hitched to van/not using: back of caravan in wood storage "basket" (covered internally with outdoor carpet) - lockable, secure, well supported and protected structurally underneath
- when off in car: the guy who did the boat loader and dinghy outfitting made a tow ball insert to attach outboard to car - to take to and from water etc. lockable, secure, well supported structurally, can still open LHS door at back of car
