Has anybody had experience with Trojan leaf spring type weight distribution bars/ springs?

iv'e had them on for the last 3 yrs no problems at all    do the same job as the one's that cost more

Thanks, I only have 150kg ball weight and they are the only bars I can find that are rated close to that figure

If you have a WDH set you do not have to load the bars/springs fully to their max rating. You can just tension them to a smaller load no worries. For example with the chain tensioned units it is your choice to use only a couple of links or try more till you get the "lift" you want.  They quote a maximum figure but you can use less OK.

I have used the "shepherds crook" type and adjusted the height of the hangers to get the desired 'lift' to suit my unit.
