Have a look at the axle group capacity on the vin plate. 2900kg should be ford. 3200kg should be slimline parallel. The only way to be sure would be to pull them out & have a look.
Alternatively ask the manufacturer or a Regent dealer
It's not worth the effort asking the manufacturer of vans that old. For one thing they do not carry readily accessible records back that far. With this particular brand there was a bankruptcy in the 2000s, another one in 2012, and a Chinese takeover subsequently. Even without all that disruption I doubt if the office staff would be prepared to dig out records from some dingy store room if they were still available for such a query when whipping a wheel off will reveal the same information.

Don't go to a Caravan Parts or ServiceCentre for chassis parts like bearings brakes or suspension & hitches twice the price of Supercheap, Auto one & Repco. You will have to dismantle anyway so just go for it and then get the spares.
After you remove the bearings and wash them up, note the numbers on the sides of the cups and the cones and I am sure your local bearing supplier will be able to help you. SKF, Timkin and Koyo are reputable brands. My guess would be that they are Ford bearings.
HI I have a regent legend 1998 all my wheels have holden inner and ford outer strange but that is what they have my van is 21.6 feet the axle group capacity is rated at 3000 kg cheers snap
