Old 12volt car radio

Just reading through posts from the past ..... Pipes looking for an "old style 12 volt car radio" ..... Just wondering if he was successful ... found something that may be of interest in the depths of the shed where I keep things that "may come in handy one day"

Not sure exactly what it is but me thinks its a car radio from way back when .... see attched photo's ...

Nomad, thanks for the information. I been working with Blazeaid in Qld; and NSW, so I don't use my old PC very much.
I don't want to be a pain, but any chance that the radio still works !?
I can be reached on 0408099478, evenings only. No reception out of town.
Thanks.
Pipes.
