We have a 230 litre vitrifrigo compressor fridge , my problem is that even though food stays cool/cold in the fridge compartment ice cream doesn't go hard in the freezer , if I turn the thermostat up trying to solidify it ,the food in the bottom of the fridge can freeze up , wondering if anyone else has had the same issue .
No . But check if the top freezer door is shutting properly. The door latches on mine where not the best . I added stronger springs to hold fastener in position when closed . Ours opens from the left . In this case the catch locks in up position . Down if opening
On right hand side . Same lock for either !!
