We are looking at 2010 Jurgen caravan and this is our first van with tow vehicle 2.5.

G'day NannaD and welcome to the forum.  Don't forget to try the two ongoing games here - 'Who is This' in the 'I Digress' section and 'Pick this Place' in the 'General' Section - a great source to find new places to visit.   As I am sure you have read by now check and then double check the weights (separate and combined).  Also strongly request  that the van comes with a weighbridge ticket or put a clause in the sale that the van will be weighed br you and will not be accepted unless in compliance.  Other than that general knowledge I cannot help as I don't know that particular van.

Perhaps you should copy and paste your question, in the General section of the forum

Welcome to the gang NannaD, enjoy here and out in the playground.

I had a look at the Jurgens in 2014 when looking around for a new aluminium tent but I wasn't happy with the rolling doors inside and a few other things, they just didn't look solid enough for what I was looking for. That's about all I could fault though at the time. They were not on the second look list.
