DOMETIC VACUUM TOILET VT 2500-WANTED

Any Discarded Dometic VT2500  Vacuum Toilets, out there that you don't want please.  Ours is being a pain in the butt so to speak haha. We would also be interested in what toilet peoples are using, PREFERABLY  people that are PERMANENTLY ON THE ROAD, and fully self contained so as FREE CAMPING is the  usual. THANKS!!!!

Hi gypsyNM. Not sure whether you are looking to replace the toilet or fix it up to work properly. We have the VT2500 unit and have used it without any real hassle for over 12 years. Like all equipment it needs to be maintained properly. On the VT2500, the seals are key to them performing successfully. Had our unit serviced, and with replacement main seal, by Marine Sanitation P/L in Hastings, Victoria about three years ago. Still in perfect working order and no problem for long term use in the van. Also had a cut-off switch installed. If you are not able to do the repairs yourself, you might want to try Marine Sanitation - they know these units and have all the necessary spares.
