G'Day Nomads

G'Day Nomads,

I'm still 20-25 years off joining your ranks, but can't wait for the day when I can leave this work obligation behind for a big lap of Oz. I've already visited a fair chunk of the Australian coastline; Eden to Cape York, Margaret River to Exmouth, and Kangaroo Island to Melbourne... and can't wait to see the rest, not to mention the inland bits.

My reason for joining this site is that I'm hoping to help out my Auntie. She's a cattle farmer from Milton, NSW, and in her 70s. Her property is absolutely stunning, 180 acres of working farm, and she's recently opened it up to campers.

If it is within the rules of this forum, I'd like to share the details of her place in the 'Free/Budget Campsites Suggested by our Contributors' section.

I'd also like your feedback as we'd like to put together a grey nomad deal that is appealing to this community.

Cheers,

Andrew.

Welcome to the gang Andrew, enjoy here and out in the playground. Even if only a little bit now but more so Later in life biggrin

I know your feeling well. I did a lifetime of that W word and now, can't even bring myself to say it. Woody, on the other hand, reckons that's all he does but it's his tractor that really does that W word. Thanks to Satnav.

As for the idea of your Auntie, may I suggest you send a PM (Private Message) to our 'Webmaster' and ask Cindy about it all. Once you are signed in to the forum you can click on anywhere it says Webmaster and then send her a message by clicking on 'message' on the left of the page that opens. You are a young bloke so will no all about how pootas work.

Keep Safe on the roads and out there.

G'day Andrew and welcome to the forum.  Don't forget to try the two ongoing games here - 'Who is This' in the 'I Digress' section and 'Pick this Place' in the 'General' Section - a great source to find new places to visit. +1 with check with Cindy

And its welcome from us two 2 Andrew
Some nice places you have been to the cape is on our list for next year .
Doug getting closer to reducing that W thing by half at least , now you know I do have to be awake to turn around at the end of each run ther dont you, and I have to take my eyes off the TV to check where I am frequently too so I dont run into the fence , yeah it sure is a tough job at times .
