I have a rear view camera up high on the back of my aluminium teepee and gives me a great view. I have it set to just above the horizon.

 Hi Dougwe.

Are you sure your camera is set above the horizon?

Seems a bit high.....

It would be ok at night for stargazing biggrin

Hi,

Thanks guy's for the replies

I emailed 'NAS Electronics' where I brought the 30 degree camera

from and they recommend mounting just above the spare wheel carrier 1m from

ground

and they said by mounting there I will get same view as rear view mirror

so I went 50/50 and mounted it on a post 1.6m

when I try it out I can cut the mounting down if need be

Cheers Ken

I wonder if the pole is going to be rigid enough when travelling? may get an unusable picture if vibrating too much?  Just a quick thought when I saw your photo.
