I would hazard a guess that they are from the caravan manufacturing capital of Australia in the Campbellfield general area, in which case they could be built by any of the dozens of builders in the area, all that I have seen have a similar style, probably cheaper because of this. I would prefer a known brand as you will not know of the fitness of these vans for a while, there was a thread somewhere about the wheels or tyres? of these generic vans being different/unobtainable , you had to go back to the dealer to get replacements or replace the lot.
G'day Alex, Welcome to the forum - I trust you will gain the assistance you're asking for & more as you join the myriads of us on the road. This forum has proven its use many times to me & others.
Firstly be prepared to use the "Search" button - there is lots of good stuff stashed away there.
Secondly, be aware that a lot of new caravans & particularly those with "Aussie" sounding names are made in China with limited or no backup back here.
When I bought my current van, I heard that one of "these vans" developed problems & the owner went to this dealer seeking "warranty work". He was told there was no way they would do this work for this unknown van, company. The owner said he had tried contacting the dealer who sold him the van but there was no answer on the phone.
As Kebbin has mentioned, go into a reputable dealership & ask about getting "your" Emerald or Roadrunner" fixed & see what the answer is.
Personally, I would stick to one of the long time well known brands - at least you will know that your van could be serviced almost anywhere. And I'm certain that you'd get a similar floor layout with a suitable price range.

Alex,
I had another look & it seems that one of them at least is "Aussie made". We saw an interesting van at Lake Argyle a couple of years ago - its "manufacturer" was from Port Lincoln, SA. The owner said it was a Victorian van, rebadged in Port Lincoln.
