Hi, Has anyone needed to replace the silver plastic front panel on a Heron Q aircon? Mine has cracked around the screw holes to the point where pieces are falling off it. I've checked a few websites and found nothing. My van is a 2007 Coromal so that should give some idea of the vintage. Any advice appreciated. John.
Had the same problem in my jayco,
I used body filler in the back of the cover to hold it all together & fine sanded it.
Painted it with a aerosol spray can , looks like new.
I measured the hole positions so I could drill it after filling.
Used some washer faced gold coloured screws from the big green shed,
