Afternoon all just been reading some off the post in regards to tow vehicle , i have a Iveco 2010 50C18 cab Chassis just building the tray getting ready for the day (which i hope i can last two more years lol) finished the tray and the framing getting ready to sheet the out side and in and put in by 6kva Diesel generator plus a 350 lt fuel tank bit more to do but next year i start to tow the Caravan just on short trips to sort thing out before i head off, anyway thanks for listening talk again soon
Welcome to the gang Joe, enjoy here and out in the playground.
The Iveco Daily is becoming a very popular tow vehicle indeed and your set up sounds like it will tick all boxes. Gee 6kva genny sounds pretty big, it would have a lot of weight in it for sure. Maybe a smaller genny like a 3kva. It would be lighter and run anything you would throw at it, well most anyway. Being lighter you would have more spare weight for other toys.
Keep Safe on the roads and out there.

G'day Roadmaker and welcome to the forum. Don't forget to try the two ongoing games here - 'Who is This' in the 'I Digress' section and 'Pick this Place' in the 'General' Section - a great source to find new places to visit. Sounds like you know where you'r heading with your build. Don't think I could afford to fill a 350l tank in one go :)
