what I would do is get a long ladder,wind the aerial up ,climb up reach across give it a good shake and thorough inspect it,you will probably find a bolt loose,a nut missing ,the oupside structure of this thing would be extremely basic and simple to fix..
So does mine a Winegard HV twin Antenna, it also leans over. I have had quite a few goes at fixing it including YouTube tutorials without any luck. It has been looses since new.
I have had the handle off and tightened the internal nut with a turn spanner till it would not turn and still loose on the mast.
Are the rods (bolts) sloppy in the AL Tube, in the older T Style unit, bolts could be a bit sloppy but was not a problem because two support tubes with rod(bolts) were used.
