Not saying this will work, but worth a try. A mechanic relative once told me that with a lot of these type of problems, if you disconnect the battery for 10 minutes or so, then reconnect it, it will reset the cars computer and the problem will be rectified.

Many codes relate to a circuit eg wiring loom and end unit say TPS sensor . So either can cause fault but intermitant is likely to be the wiring loom in that fault circuit .
Hi Terry. Mine is doing the exact same had it checked out at Toyota and they say it needs the throttle control motor changed out at $912 , well sit on it for a while , talked to a mate and he had same problem and he change the wiring plug at the throttle body ,
You could give that a go .
Hi had this same problem with our 100 series just prior to selling it to our son . After Toyota telling us to replace the main computer box our mechanic found that a wiring harness was shorting our on the chassis. Repaired and problem solved $1000 later . Still cheaper than the first option.
