G'day

Just a quick intro.

I did a 10 year stint full time then had a break in Darwin for several years and now I'm back full time again travelling in a van/4x4 combo

I see van parks as necessary evils and much prefer to camp in the bush

I was on the CMCA forum as nomad for years

Mark

Welcome back Mark. Being a nomad is a great life. I also have little time for caravan parks and avoid them unless absolutely necessary as they do not provide anything I need. Much prefer the freedom camps around the traps as the people are generally more open and friendly. Travel safe Peta

G'day MarkAC and welcome to the forum.  Don't forget to try the two ongoing games here - 'Who is This' in the 'I Digress' section and 'Pick this Place' in the 'General' Section - a great source to find new places to visit.  Sounds like you know what you are doing.
